Ask for a custom quoteWhat affects embroidery digitizing prices?
Design size and complexity determine the price. Hat and left chest designs under 4 inches start at $15; complex designs under 7 inches are $18. Larger normal designs start at $20, and complex or jacket-back designs start at $35. Send your artwork and finished size for a quote.
Do complex designs cost more?
Yes. Detailed artwork requires more preparation. Vector pricing ranges from $15 for simple logos to $25 for medium artwork and $40+ for complex illustrations. Embroidery pricing also varies with design size and complexity.
Can I request a custom quote?
Yes. Send your artwork, size, service, and any production requirements through our quote form. For bulk digitizing orders of 10 or more files, contact us for a custom rate.
What determines custom patch pricing?
Size, quantity, patch type, backing, and artwork complexity affect the quote. Custom embroidered patch orders start at 10 pieces. The quantity tiers shown here are for embroidered patches; other patch styles are quoted for your requirements.
How do I send my artwork?
Use any Get a Quote button to open the relevant artwork upload form. Include your design file, finished size, and project requirements. For patches, add quantity and your preferred backing.
Which payment methods are available?
PayPal, credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and Wise for international clients.
Do I pay before or after approval?
You receive and review the file or proof first. Payment is made after you approve.
Are revisions and setup included?
Free revisions are included, with no extra revision charge or time limit. There is no setup fee, and digitizing is included with patch orders. For standalone digitizing, the quoted price is the total.
